About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join a cohort of interns to gain hands-on experience in civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering. You will work directly with experienced professional and technical employee-owners to learn about the various aspects of the firm.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with professional staff on real project opportunities.
- Participate in the intern cohort program.
- Gain practical experience in your specific area of interest.
- Learn about the operations and service lines of the company.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preference is given to rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in campus, community, or work-related leadership is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs routinely.
- Ability to meet the requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.

- Term: May 2027 through August 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Note: Out of town travel may be required. Housing or housing stipends are not provided. Visa sponsorship is not available.
