About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will join a cohort of interns to gain hands-on experience in civil, environmental, construction, or geotechnical engineering. You will work directly with experienced professional and technical employee-owners to learn about the different aspects of our firm.
What you'll do#

- Participate in an intern cohort.
- Gain hands-on experience in your area of interest.
- Engage in professional development to help your transition from campus to career.
- Learn about all aspects of the company.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, specifically Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students are preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for technical roles.
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
- Related experience or leadership roles in campus, community, or work settings are preferred.
- Must meet requirements for our Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and reference check program.
- Acceptable employment eligibility verification (I-9).
