About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will join our Spark Internship Program, which runs for twelve weeks from May through August. You will work alongside experienced professionals and technical employee-owners while participating in an intern cohort. This role provides exposure to various service lines, including Civil Engineering, Construction Services, Environmental Services, and Geotechnical Engineering.

- Work with technical experts across the company.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, such as Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Preference for rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel out of town if required.
- Related experience or leadership roles in campus, community, or work settings are preferred.
- Must meet the requirements of our Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and reference check program.
- Valid employment eligibility verification (I-9).
