About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship program running from May 2027 through August 2027. You will join an intern cohort and work directly with experienced professional and technical employee-owners. The program provides hands-on experience across various service lines, including Civil Engineering, Construction Services, Environmental Services, and Geotechnical Engineering.

- Gain practical experience in your chosen area of interest.
- Learn about all aspects of the firm.
- Participate in professional development activities designed to help you transition from campus to your career.
- Work alongside technical experts on projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related degree program, such as Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Preference for rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for technical roles.
- Willingness to travel out of town if required.
- Related experience or leadership roles in campus or community organizations are preferred.
- Must meet the requirements of the company Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.
