About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will join an intern cohort to work alongside experienced professional and technical employee-owners. The program provides hands-on experience and professional development to help you transition from campus to your career. You will gain exposure to various service lines, including Civil Engineering, Construction Services, Environmental Services, and Geotechnical Engineering.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with professional staff on project tasks.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Engage in hands-on work related to your field of study.
- Learn about the different aspects of the firm.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preference for rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Related experience or leadership roles in campus, community, or work settings are preferred.
- Ability to meet the requirements of our Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference check program.
