About the role#
As a Consumer Insights Intern, you will join the Insights Team to support research and analysis that impacts company growth. This is a paid, full-time, rolling internship based in Plymouth, Wisconsin. You will work in a hybrid format, with onsite expectations Monday through Thursday and an optional remote Friday schedule.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the sourcing, interpretation, and application of consumer information to support business partners.
- Design and execute at least one custom research project with guidance from the Senior Consumer Insights Manager. You will develop insights and report results to stakeholders.
- Monitor and apply demographic, attitudinal, and behavioral consumer trends to the business.
- Participate in training on Circana syndicated sales and household panel data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share information across the Insights team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Marketing and have completed your sophomore year.
- Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a personal vehicle are required for this role.
