About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in project management within food and beverage manufacturing. You will work on strategic initiatives, including new product development and capacity expansion, under the direction of a Project Manager. This role requires you to facilitate cross-functional teams and ensure project work aligns with company goals.
What you'll do#
- Manage strategic initiatives and support the execution of projects across new products, process improvements, and technology implementations.
- Clarify project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
- Facilitate project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain team accountability.
- Maintain project documentation and support post-project evaluations to improve future processes.
- Communicate project updates through reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, organizational development, communications, or a related field.
- Completion of your junior year prior to the start of the internship.
- Solid organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a personal vehicle.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

- The role operates on a hybrid schedule.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
