    About the role#

    This is a year-round, part-time student position based in Waterloo, Iowa. You will work alongside our full-time staff to support embedded software development teams. This role is designed to fit your academic schedule, requiring 10 to 20 hours per week during the school year and 20 to 40 hours per week during the summer.

    What you'll do#

    • Handle administrative tasks related to embedded software development.
    • Maintain knowledge sharing tools, including SharePoint sites and process documentation.
    • Review and verify work process steps completed by software engineers to ensure accuracy.
    • Support team culture by promoting the Charthouse Learning FISH! Philosophy.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a full-time student at a local college or university.
    • Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • A graduation date of May 2028 or later.
    • A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • If attending community college, you must be planning to pursue a 4-year degree.
