    About the role#

    This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in merchandising operations and product lifecycle management. You will work with a mentor who will assign projects and tasks to support the team. This position is based on-site in Greenville, Wisconsin, and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week during the summer of 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Learn to work cross-functionally with various departments, leaders, and vendors.
    • Gain exposure to the product lifecycle from ideation to disposition.
    • Maintain supplier data and ensure data integrity.
    • Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and carriers.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve problems.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university as a Junior or Senior.
    • Pursuing a degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management.
    • Strong technical computer navigation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and V-Look up capabilities.
    • Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the summer.
    • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.

    • Compensation: $17-$19 per hour.
    • Employment Status: Paid, full-time internship.
