About the role#
This full-time internship introduces students to the client-focused environment of Wealth Management. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute to business operations while working within a team. This posting covers multiple roles including E-Care Service Representative, Business Administrator, and GWM Internal Control and Regulatory Affairs Intern.
What you'll do#
- Pursue effective operations and ensure adherence to day-to-day business controls.
- Provide customer service that follows established service standards.
- Support account opening queries by staying informed on industry regulations and firm policies.
- Maintain client account integrity by performing necessary tasks.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite applies to your daily activities.
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment and provide coverage for team members.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program, specifically in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Interest in extracurriculars such as clubs, conferences, and competitions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough business analysis skills.
- Proficiency in PC tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to provide reliable and professional responses to inquiries.
