    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to real projects while gaining experience in learning, development, and change management. You will work within the organization to understand process fundamentals and support the implementation of team concepts and policies. This role requires on-site attendance in Rogers, Arkansas, during the Summer 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Execute project work directly related to your field of study.
    • Present your findings and project results to the team and senior leadership at the end of the summer.
    • Perform day-to-day tasks to build an understanding of core business processes.
    • Participate in the development and communication of team programs and policies.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and team cohesiveness.
    • Perform physical activities as needed, including working on your feet for multiple hours and lifting at least 10 pounds.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to use computers and standard office software effectively.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles.
    • A willingness to take initiative and offer input.
    • Experience in manufacturing or poultry industries is a plus.
