What you'll do#
- Complete a challenging project that addresses a real-world problem related to your field of study.
- Present your project findings to your team and senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to refine processes and reduce waste.
- Participate in the development and implementation of team programs, policies, and communication strategies.
- Perform daily tasks to gain a practical understanding of our processes and business objectives.
- Meet quality performance standards according to company and regulatory guidelines.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds.
- Experience in manufacturing or poultry is a plus.
