About the role#
We are looking for a Mass Retail Intern to join our Sales team in Moore, Oklahoma for the Fall 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship. You will work on marketplace operations, sample management, and retail syndication while gaining experience in the e-commerce space.
What you'll do#
- Create and optimize marketplace listings and maintain PDPs.
- Organize deals that involve omni-channel crossover.
- Monitor metrics to ensure we keep our active or pro-seller status.
- Manage the sample process by creating requests, tracking status, and organizing items for shipping.
- Coordinate with our manufacturing and merchandising teams.
- Ensure product items and reviews syndicate correctly across all retail channels.
- Assist with testing applications and research ways to improve testing efficiencies.
What you'll need#
- Experience with Excel and comfort working with data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A process-minded approach with the ability to identify inefficiencies.
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems or platforms.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about the retail and e-commerce industry.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management are preferred.
