About the role#
WEAR is looking for a News Intern to join our team in Pensacola. This role provides hands-on experience in a broadcast environment. You will work directly with our news team to learn how a station operates on a daily basis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with various news-related tasks.
- Participate in daily news operations.
- Engage with the news team to gain practical knowledge of broadcasting.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship. We provide credit verification forms.
- We are looking for students who are dedicated and motivated to pursue a career in news.
- Ideal candidates are currently studying Journalism, Communications, or Media Studies.
