About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will split your time between coaching on the field and working in the office. The role requires a commitment of 30 or more hours per week, including weekend availability. You will gain experience in the day-to-day operations of a youth sports franchise.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
- Support various marketing initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations.
- Help coordinate and support community events.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Catonsville, Maryland.
- The work format is hybrid, consisting of 50 percent on-field coaching and 50 percent office or event work.
- This is a full-time internship position.
