About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office work. You will spend your time leading soccer sessions for children and supporting the business side of a youth sports franchise. This role runs during the Fall 2026 term, from August 17 to December 4, 2026. It is a full-time position requiring at least 30 hours per week, including weekend availability.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to help grow the program.
- Support daily business operations at the office.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in helping children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office in Burtonsville and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Current enrollment in a Marketing or Business Administration program is preferred.

- This is a paid, hybrid internship based in Maryland with locations in Towson and Burtonsville.
- The schedule includes a mix of on-site coaching and office work.
