About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will help lead soccer sessions for children while supporting business operations, marketing, and community events. It is a full-time role for the Fall 2026 term, requiring at least 30 hours per week including weekends.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote the program.
- Support daily business operations at the office.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
- Participate in both online and in-person training.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Burtonsville office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- Current enrollment or background in Marketing or Business Administration.

- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly rate between $13.25 and $17.95.
