About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old to teach soccer skills and fitness. The role is designed for students interested in business, marketing, operations, or psychology who want to learn how a youth sports franchise operates.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for young children.
- Support daily business operations at the office.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote programs.
- Help manage and run community events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A passion for working with children and teaching sports.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to travel to coaching sites and the office.
- Ability to pass a background check.

- Location: Towson, Maryland.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (50% on-field coaching, 50% office and events).
- Commitment: Full-time (30+ hours per week), including weekends.
- Compensation: Paid position.
