About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work 30 or more hours per week, including weekends. The role is a mix of on-field coaching and office support. You will split your time between leading soccer sessions and assisting with business operations, marketing, and community events.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with daily business operations and office tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives to grow the program.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A passion for working with and impacting children.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to travel between the office and coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Psychology, Communications, or Kinesiology.

- This position is based in Fairfax, VA.
- The work modality is both on-site and hybrid.
- Internship dates are August 17, 2026, through December 4, 2026.
