About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience in youth sports management. You will split your time between coaching on the field and supporting administrative tasks in the office. The role runs from August 17 to December 4, 2026, and requires at least 30 hours of work per week, including weekends.
What you'll do#
- Lead soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years old.
- Support marketing initiatives and business operations.
- Assist with community events.
- Gain experience in the day-to-day management of a youth sports franchise.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a passion for impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You hold a valid driver's license and have access to an insured personal vehicle.
- You have reliable transportation for commuting to the office and various coaching sites.
- You can pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or Kinesiology are relevant to this role.

- Compensation: $13.25 to $17.95 per hour.
