About the role#
Southeastern College is hiring for a Federal College Work Study position. This role supports the daily operations of the assigned department and serves as a point of contact for routine office inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Manage routine inquiries from students, parents, and employees.
- Handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing.
- Assist with the day to day maintenance of the department.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in at least 3 credit hours.
- Completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Demonstrated financial need and an indicated interest in the work-study program.
- Proficiency with personal computer workstations and common software.
- Ability to organize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Capacity to learn and use multiple software programs.
