About the role#
This summer internship offers students a hands-on introduction to the beverage distribution industry. You will gain exposure to how products move from manufacturing to the final point of purchase. The program provides a structured look at the supply chain and operations functions that enable our business.
What you'll do#
- Shadow supply chain management leadership and tour distribution centers.
- Work on teams involved in warehouse management, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Participate in replenishment, inbound transportation, and delivery processes.
- Gain experience in fleet management, environmental health and safety, and supply chain technology.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior in college pursuing a BS or BA in Supply Chain, Operations Management, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field, with a graduation date in 2028.
- At least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Syracuse area for the duration of the program.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects while working well within a team.
- Self-starter mindset with demonstrated leadership experience and attention to detail.
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver license, auto-liability insurance, and a State Sales Permit.

- Location: Syracuse, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17 to July 30).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
- Status: Full-time.
