About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the beverage industry. You will spend roughly 70% of your time working alongside sales representatives in the field, visiting grocery chains, liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and hotels. The remaining 30% of your time will be based in our Miramar office, where you will network with leadership and learn from departments such as Trade Development and Inside Sales.
What you'll do#
- Support our sales divisions while learning about operations, product knowledge, trade development, and mixology.
- Stay informed on the activities and goals of the various sales teams.
- Plan and execute a local volunteer project.
- Develop and present a final project based on your observations and work throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- You must be a college junior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications.
- You must be at least 21 years old by May 17, 2027.
- Ability to organize multiple projects and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A self-starter mindset with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- You must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain auto-liability insurance.
- You must reside in the area or have the ability to secure local housing.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 56 pounds.
