About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides an introduction to commercial banking operations and strategy. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure to financial solutions and industry practices. The program includes workshops, training sessions, and networking events designed to support your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Participate in program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to help identify client needs and suggest banking solutions.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on potential borrowers, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, credit analysts, and team leaders on active business initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts to help with client engagement and promote services.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior graduating in 2027.
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
- A 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and work well under pressure.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship located in Tampa, Florida.
- The role requires working 40 hours per week in the office.
