About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for undergraduate students. You will work directly with our Commercial Banking team to learn about operations, strategies, and client services. You will gain hands-on experience through daily tasks, mentorship, and training sessions designed to build your skills in the banking industry.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs.
- Assist with financial spreads and due diligence on potential borrowers.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and credit analysts on business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to improve client engagement.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and speaker series.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- A 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens.

- This position is located in Houston, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
- The internship takes place during the summer of 2027.
