About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides undergraduate students with an introduction to commercial banking operations and strategy. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure to financial solutions and industry insights. The program includes orientation, professional development workshops, mentorship, and networking events with senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on borrowers, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and credit analysts on business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to improve client engagement.
- Participate in required training sessions, workshops, and program projects.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

- Compensation: $34,587.00 to $51,879.00 annually, depending on skills and education.
