About the role#
As a Construction Management Intern at SpawGlass, you will gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. You will work with project teams from preconstruction through closeout to support successful project execution. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure work meets project requirements, schedules, and safety standards.
- Review project plans and assist with submittals and RFIs.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with schedule updates.
- Manage meeting notes and support site logistics.
- Contribute to quality control efforts and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a construction management, civil engineering, or related program.
- A basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and terminology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with both field and office teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A reliable, punctual, and safety-minded approach to work.
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
- Exposure to construction software is a plus.

- Work Modality: On-site.
