About the role#
SWIVEL is looking for Computer Science and Computer Engineering students to join our College Intern Program. You will work alongside our software engineering teams to gain practical experience in the financial services industry. This role focuses on learning through hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-time collaboration with experienced engineers.
What you'll do#
- Build full-stack applications and work with microservices.
- Develop features for web-based user interfaces.
- Create systems that interface with our clientele.
- Build tools to automate repetitive tasks.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and general problem solving.
- Shadow team members to expand your technical knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with C, C#, or JavaScript is preferred.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and maturity.
- Proactive energy and a desire to learn.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
