About the role#
This is a 10-week full-time software engineering internship starting in Summer 2027. You will join an engineering team at our headquarters to work on active projects. This role is paid at an hourly rate of $34.00.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of services.
- Write, organize, and maintain code based on existing designs.
- Assist with code and design reviews.
- Evaluate new technologies and contribute to research and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure software components with guidance.
- Participate in construction, automation, debugging, and implementation activities.
- Monitor systems capacity and resolve common technical issues.
- Search and understand metadata related to data sources and metrics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Networking, Computer Engineering, or related technical program.
- Ability to start a full-time position in Minneapolis by Summer 2028 if an offer is extended.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- A desire to build things and solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a preference for team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to build domain-specific knowledge and stay current with new technologies.
