About the role#
TD Insurance is seeking interns for the Summer 2027 term to join our General Insurance teams in Montréal. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for students interested in gaining experience within a large financial institution.
What you'll do#
- Develop and improve actuarial models.
- Analyze experience results.
- Take part in the production of regulatory rate change submissions.
- Participate in research projects and market studies.
- Contribute to underwriting analyses.
- Maintain and develop underwriting rules.
- Take part in reinsurance tasks and the company budget process.
- Analyze monthly financial results.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an actuarial student.
- You have written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- You possess a good knowledge of Excel.
- You demonstrate analytical ability and an aptitude for teamwork.
- You are a self-starter who is thorough and dynamic.
