About the role#
The TechnoServe Fellows Program places professionals in field-based or remote projects lasting between 3 and 12 months. Fellows work with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and TechnoServe staff to support development goals. We review applications on a rolling basis. Fluency in French or Portuguese is a plus.
What you'll do#
- Assess and identify opportunities for markets, value chains, and industries.
- Craft business and funding strategies alongside TechnoServe clients.
- Strengthen the operations or organizational capacity of clients.
- Design project proposals and evaluate program impact.
- Develop training curricula or communications materials as needed.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year program.
- At least two to three years of full-time professional work experience.
- Availability to volunteer for a minimum of ten weeks.
- A background in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Communications, Sociology, Public Health, or Agriculture.

- This is a paid, full-time program.
- Work may be completed on-site or remotely.
- The base location is Arlington, Virginia.
