About the role#
The Brothers that just do Gutters is hiring a Sales Production Intern to support our location in Wilton Manors. You will work directly with the owner to learn the business, with the goal of preparing for a future role in Sales or Operations Management. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Support experienced sales staff during meetings by transcribing proposals and job specifications into our order management system.
- Manage customer communication by following up to confirm details and schedule jobs.
- Handle material procurement, including ordering supplies and tracking in-house inventory.
- Receive deliveries, match pack-sheets to purchase orders, and verify invoice accuracy for pricing and quantities.
- Learn to perform estimates and help refine our internal sales process.
- Maintain the customer production schedule and track labor hours for ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to accept feedback.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Wilton Manors, Florida.
- Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- This position is open to students or graduates in Business Administration or Operations Management.
