About the role#
David Weekley Homes is hiring a Sales Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will learn the skills required for a career in new home sales while contributing to our team.
What you'll do#
- Participate in classroom and hands-on training sessions.
- Shadow New Home Sales Consultants to understand their daily work.
- Assist with marketing and prospecting efforts.
- Greet and qualify prospective home buyers.
- Provide customer service to visitors.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in a career in new home sales.
- A positive attitude and a desire to work as part of a team.
- Drive to excel and an interest in taking on new challenges.
- Ability to build relationships with people and provide exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work weekends and some evenings.
- Housing in the greater Charlotte area for the duration of the internship.
