About the role#
The Sales and Management Intern works directly with the Store Manager to learn the retail business and management operations. You will support the store mission by providing guest service, assisting with merchandising, and completing operational tasks. This is a paid, on-site internship designed for those interested in a long-term commitment with the company.
What you'll do#
- Fulfill store sales, merchandising, and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display, and facility cleaning.
- Complete the Teammate Orientation and leadership sections of the Management Manual.
- Manage a specific product category, including setting sales goals and educating the team.
- Track performance metrics using the company Performance Tracker tool.
- Provide weekly reports and progress updates to area management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Interest in a long-term commitment with the company.
