About the role#
The Campbell's Company is seeking a Data Engineer, DA&AI Co-Op to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. This role offers hands-on experience with Generative AI and automation within a Databricks environment. You will work alongside senior engineers to build and refine AI systems for enterprise use.
What you'll do#
- Build and test AI agents designed to automate internal workflows and data retrieval processes.
- Provide feedback to optimize the output of these agents.
- Experiment with system prompts to improve the accuracy and reliability of results.
- Identify inconsistencies or hallucinations in AI responses and suggest improvements for model grounding.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
- Research and test new frameworks in the Agentic AI space.
- Document model schemas, API integrations, and AI governance standards.
What you'll need#
- You are a current graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Foundational programming skills in Python and an understanding of SQL.
- Familiarity with AI concepts gained through coursework or personal projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.
- Ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
