About the role#
The Enterprise Data & Analytics team is looking for a Data Engineer to join as a co-op. You will gain hands-on experience building and supporting cloud-based data platforms and pipelines. This role involves working in an Agile environment to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI/ML solutions.
What you'll do#
- Develop and support scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Ingest data from various sources including SAP, APIs, databases, flat files, and cloud platforms.
- Prepare datasets for reporting, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.
- Track pipeline health while resolving failures, performance issues, and data quality problems.
- Create runbooks, system designs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the team on incident triage, root cause analysis, and operational monitoring.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in Python or PySpark.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, or STTM concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, ADF, ADLS, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.

- Location: Camden, New Jersey.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid co-op position.
- The role follows a rolling term.
