About the role#
This co-op position focuses on building autonomous AI systems that reason, plan, and execute multi-step workflows. Unlike traditional machine learning roles that center on model training, you will build goal-driven systems that integrate models, business logic, and memory to achieve objectives.
What you'll do#
- Design intelligent agents capable of autonomous planning and task execution.
- Implement agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, vector stores, and retrieval ranking.
- Integrate tools and memory so agents can call APIs and adapt based on outcomes.
- Deploy GenAI and agentic systems in cloud-native environments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate agent performance regarding accuracy, latency, and cost.
What you'll need#
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML system design or autonomous agent development.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and LLM integration.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent communication protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and compliance standards.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Data Science.

- This role is fully remote within the United States.
- This is a paid, full-time co-op position with a rolling term.
