About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within the Human Resources function at The Estée Lauder Companies. You will work on projects that support team goals and contribute to the success of the business. The program focuses on leadership development and hands-on participation in HR strategy.
What you'll do#
You will work in one of two main areas. In the HR Business Partner and Employee Services group, you will handle projects involving performance and talent management, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee relations. In the Center of Excellence, you will focus on strategic program design and implementation. This includes work in global management strategies, organizational design, sales capability, talent initiatives, and total rewards.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate Junior status, completing your Junior year by June 2027.
- Expected graduation date in May or June 2028.
- A strong interest in Human Resources.
- Prior internship experience in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle, Taleo, or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
