About the role#
Pixi Inc. is hiring an HR Intern to support the People and Culture department in Los Angeles. This role provides exposure to daily HR operations and project management within the beauty industry. You will gain practical experience by assisting with recruitment, documentation, and team events.
What you'll do#
- Write and post job descriptions for open roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews for entry-level positions.
- Coordinate scheduling for phone and in-person interviews.
- Verify employee references to support the vetting process.
- Organize HR files and resumes.
- Help plan company events and internal gatherings.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time and solve problems as they arise.
- High level of organization and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- An interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, California.
- The role is full-time and paid at $18.42 per hour.
- This is a rolling internship program.
