About the role#
This paid, 11-week HR Undergraduate Summer Internship offers a look into the daily operations of L'Oréal. You will integrate into a team while leading an individual project with strategic business impact. At the end of the summer, you will present your work to senior leadership, which may be considered for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Own an individual project that addresses business needs and present your findings to senior leaders.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and recommend solutions for HR-related business issues.
- Gain experience with HR generalist responsibilities, including working with HRIS and reporting systems.
- Solicit feedback from employees with a customer service orientation and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Engage with teams to share and implement best HR practices.
- Network across various business functions and participate in training opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Ability to start working full-time upon graduation in September 2028.
- Majors in Human Resources or Business Administration are preferred.

- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $27-$30 per hour, depending on geographic location and other job-related factors.
