About the role#
This is a paid, 11-week summer internship based in Clearwater, Florida. You will join a brand marketing team, taking on real day-to-day responsibilities while working in a hybrid environment. This role is designed for students who want to build business acumen and sharpen their strategic thinking skills within the beauty industry.
What you'll do#
- Own day-to-day brand responsibilities, ranging from consumer insights to campaign execution.
- Lead an individual strategic project from initial insight to final recommendation.
- Present your project findings directly to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations, and Sales.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to start full-time employment by September 2028 following graduation.
- Majors in Marketing or Business Administration are preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
