About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is an 11-week paid program designed to integrate you into daily team operations. You will lead an individual strategic project with the goal of presenting your findings to senior leadership. This internship serves as a potential pathway for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Generate and analyze financial data using various systems to recommend business strategies.
- Monitor actual business results against budgets, trends, and forecasts.
- Evaluate the ROI of strategic business decisions to manage brand Profit & Loss statements.
- Provide financial support across functions including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Own an individual or group project with strategic business impact.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis. Note that sponsorship is not provided for this role.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
