About the role#
The Digital Undergraduate Internship is a paid, 11-week summer program. You will join a brand marketing team to gain hands-on experience in the personal care industry. This role offers the opportunity to own daily responsibilities and lead a strategic project that you will present to senior leadership. You will be paired with a mentor and a buddy to support your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Manage day-to-day digital or e-commerce tasks, ranging from consumer insights to campaign execution.
- Lead an individual strategic project from initial insight to final recommendation.
- Collaborate across departments, including Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, and Sales.
- Analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as GA4 and Salesforce.
- Participate in professional development and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Willingness to relocate to El Segundo, California.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis (sponsorship is not available).
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or Media Studies.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $27-$30 per hour, depending on factors including location.
