About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Fellowship is a virtual professional development program. It connects students across the country to the business world through education, access, and mentorship. This program is an opportunity to build your network and develop your professional skills within the personal care industry.
What you'll do#
- Engage in monthly programming from February to August to learn about different areas of the business.
- Develop skills in networking, teamwork, and leadership.
- Build a network of industry professionals and fellow students.
- Work through a business challenge to learn about consumer-centricity.
- Participate in a mentorship program to help navigate your professional path.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's degree program at an accredited university in the United States.
- Expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
- Demonstrated extracurricular leadership on or off campus.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or Psychology are relevant to this program.
Location & details#
- This program is remote.
- The term covers Winter, Summer, and Fall 2027.
- This is a paid, part-time opportunity.
