About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week experience designed to integrate you into daily team operations. You will lead an individual strategic project with business impact, which you will present to senior leadership at the end of the summer. This program offers the opportunity to be considered for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program. You will be paired with a mentor and a buddy to guide your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Own an individual project with strategic business impact.
- Generate insights and recommendations through data analysis across multiple sources.
- Create compelling consumer stories to marry business growth and innovation.
- Work across functions like marketing and operations to develop a cohesive brand strategy.
- Partner with retail channels and sales teams for market analysis and category support.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university with a graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to any USA-based office that has an internship opportunity.

- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $27 to $30 per hour, based on job-related factors including location.
