About the role#
The L'Oréal Manufacturing Summer Internship is an 11-week paid experience based in Florence, Kentucky. You will join our plant teams to work on daily operations and lead an individual strategic project. At the end of the summer, you will present your findings to senior leadership for the opportunity to be considered for a full-time return offer into our Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Work hands-on on the plant floor to support safe, sustainable, and efficient production.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality excellence.
- Optimize production lines and automation systems.
- Lead an individual strategic project and present your insights to senior leadership.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and mentorship programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis. Note that sponsorship is not provided for this role.
