About the role#
This is a 12-month student worker position supporting the Social Responsibility team. You will help mobilize employee engagement and volunteer opportunities to bring the power of play to children and families. The role focuses on local community engagement in Boston and other U.S. locations, including support for Play Day 2026.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and events.
- Draft content for internal and external communications, including CSR storytelling and volunteer outreach.
- Collect and analyze data related to CSR programs to ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with nonprofit partners and community groups.
- Provide general administrative support, manage the partner product donation process, and prepare presentations and reports.
What you'll need#

- Proven experience in planning and executing events.
- A positive demeanor and a dedication to continuous learning.
- Familiarity with the Boston area nonprofit landscape is helpful.
- Current enrollment in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or Political Science.

- This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring an average of 3 days per week in the office.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
