About the role#
As a Student Finance Coordinator, you serve as a guide for students and families as they navigate tuition planning and financial aid. You help individuals make informed decisions about their education by providing clear information and support throughout the enrollment process.
What you'll do#
- Meet with students and families to discuss tuition planning.
- Assist with FAFSA, MPN, and other financial aid forms.
- Answer questions and provide support in person and virtually.
- Keep up to date on current aid regulations and school policies.
- Work alongside the Admissions and Financial Services teams.
- Follow up with applicants to provide personalized guidance.
What you'll need#
- An associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial aid, banking, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- This is an on-site, full-time position.
- The role is paid and follows a rolling application term.
