    About the role#

    The 20th Television Office of the President internship provides an opportunity to support the studio president, working alongside the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant. You will learn about the departments that support the studio’s daily operations and business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Burbank, California, for the Winter 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage administrative tasks including fielding calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the president’s calendar.
    • Research and compile information for travel and other logistical business needs.
    • Update and maintain databases, including Airtable, contact lists, and distribution lists.
    • Read incoming scripts and provide feedback.
    • Attend team meetings to take notes.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited college or university in Media Studies, Communications, or Business Administration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Burbank, California.
    • Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 through June 2027).
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship at $23.00 per hour.
