About the role#
This internship provides professional development and practical experience within the operations of Disneyland Resort. You will provide analytical and consulting support to business lines including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment. This is a full-time commitment based in Anaheim, California, available for the Summer 2027 or Fall 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects focused on operational planning, workload planning, forecasting, capacity utilization, and process improvements.
- Apply quantitative techniques such as data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
- Ensure appropriate methodology and measurements are used across all project work.
- Lead and participate in team efforts that require interfacing with cast members and management at all levels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after December 2027.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (transcript submission is required).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new software applications.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to maintain a consistent 40-hour work week, including occasional evenings or weekends based on project needs.
